Built on fresh ingredients, homemade stocks, innovative recipes and international flavors, our soups and salads are among our kitchen staff's highest achievements. Customers can call in for daily changes in the soup menu (273-2890 x2), with as many as four different recipes available at our stores at any given time. Fresh chef's and tossed salads are in our coolers, along with delicious special salads reflecting our monthly themes.

It's food but it's, you know, on the side. Some people make a meal of our side dishes and, in typical grazing fashion, mix and match in combinations never before assembled. Others snuggle them into harmonious couplings with our entrées - or their own. In true Ithaca Bakery/CTB style, it's very much a matter of "To each, his or her own!"
