IT STARTED
WITH

BAGEL
and a dream!
Collegetown Bagels opened in 1976, when bell bottoms and disco balls ruled the world.
CTB was purchased by the Brous and Mehaffey families in 1981.
8 years later, they purchased and renovated the Ithaca Bakery on Meadow St.
Today, there are seven locations in total.
We offer catering, wholesale, and retail options.
All locations are committed to green business practices and are proud to offer all employees a living wage.
As well as countless donations to the local Ithaca community.
Today we serve Ithacans & visitors from all walks of life.
